Can I create my own attachments for the Bike Balance System?

Using the Bike Balance System for anything other than its intended purpose as defined in the limited warranty (available for download on the Contact page) will void the warranty and is not recommended. If you have any suggestions for new attachments for the Bike Balance system, contact us! We would love to hear your ideas!

Is assembly required?

The Bike Balance System does require assembly. Instructions are provided, and are also available for download on the individual PRODUCT DETAIL PAGES. In some cases, all you need is an adjustable wrench. The a hex wrench is included. Depending on your bicycle, additional installation bolts may be required. Check your local bike shop.

How long does it take to learn? (Training Handle)

Learning curves are different for different children, but we have found that with the Bike Balance System, children are able to learn to ride a bicycle much more quickly and with more ease than with training wheels. The Bike Balance System allows children learning to ride a bike to focus on the fun of learning instead of the fear of falling.

Does the Bike Balance System require any maintenance?

The Bike Balance System should not require any major maintenance. Bolts may loosen from movement and vibration, so it is important to check them periodically for tightness.

I just placed my order, when will it ship, and how long will it take to receive it?

Your order will be processed and shipped from our California warehouse within two (2) business days from the order date that shows on your order confirmation email. Actual delivery time may take an additional 5-7 business days, depending upon your location and on the method of shipping selected at checkout.

What is the warranty period?

We guarantee all Bike Balance Systems to be free of manufacturing defects for up to 90 days. Limited Warranty information is available for download on our Contact page. Should you have a problem with your Bike Balance System or any Bike Balance attachments, please contact us.

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns or authorize any refunds outside of any manufacturing defects within the original warranty period.
